GARLIC SPREAD

Easy garlic spread/paste to use both as an ingredient and a condiment.
I did not create the recipe, but cannot remember where I learned it, and
can no longer FIND the exact same one; It is easily memorized. :)

1 cup peeled garlic cloves
3 cups extra virgin olive oil (of good quality)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
(I also like to add a teaspoon each of turmeric and black pepper.)
Blend all in food processor and refrigerate for 24 hrs to become completely solid.
