2 TB oil
1 onion
4-5 cloves garlic
hot pepper to taste
1 TB garam masala
1 tsp black pepper, ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 quart home canned tomatoes
1 can coconut cream
Cook onions, spices, garlic in oil until onions become translucent.
Add tomatoes and coconut cream, tapioca or arrowroot slurry.
Cook down until desired thickness.
Makes about a quart. |
