  • 2 cans chickpeas drained (Save the water [aquafaba] for a frozen treat!)
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp miso
  • 2 tb unrefined sugar (optional)
  • 3 cups pimentos (based on my fresh/frozen)
  • 1 pint home pickled jalapenos drained
  • Whole pint smokey mayo recipe:
  • 1 pkg silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp unrefined sugar
  • 1 tsp miso
  • 1 teaspoon stoneground mustard
