1 tablespoon nigella & sesame seeds for garnish
......(or everything seasoning is good.)
Combine water, sugar, and yeast; let stand 10 min.
Combine dry ingredients in another bowl, whisk.
Add oil & avocado to the yeast bowl,mix well.
Combine with dry ingredients, knead about 4 min.
Place in bowl, drizzle oil to coat, let rise 90 min.
Punch down, divide into 8 equal balls,
Cover and let rise another 30 min.
Preheat oven to 450, place a pizza stone
and heat for 30 min.
Roll out breads, bake 2-3 min, until puffy.
(Next time I try this, I'm going to try
using a cast iron skillet on the stove top.)
