Tahini Sauce with Parsley

  • 1/2 CUP TAHINI
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC
  • 1/2 TSP SEA SALT
  • 1 TB OLIVE OIL
  • 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TSP FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY

    Blend garlic, tahini, and salt in food processor.
    Stir in olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
    Makes abour 1 1/4 cups.
