3 cups cooked blackeyed peas
2 cups chopped shiitake mushrooms
2 cups chopped red onion
6 cloves garlic
2 TB olive oil for frying
1 tb oil for frying onions
2 tb liquid aminos
2 tb lemon juice
5 tsp berbere spice
1 cup panko
2 tb tomato paste
1 TB molasses
1.5 cups farro, dry, cooked 3c
Blend blackeyed peas and liquids in food processor,
then stir into the farro.
Fry the onions and garlic in 1 tb oil, until brown,
then add mushrooms and panko, for 5 more minutes.
Make patties from 1/4 cup, and fry in 2 tb oil.
