Apple & Onion Chutney
  • 5 sliced apples
  • 5 chopped onions
  • 5 medijool dates, chopped
  • 2 TB OIL
  • 1 tsp each, allspice, ginger, thyme, salt
  • 5 TBsp unrefined sugar
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    Saute onions, add apples last.
