Apple & Onion Chutney
5 sliced apples
5 chopped onions
5 medijool dates, chopped
2 TB OIL
1 tsp each, allspice, ginger, thyme, salt
5 TBsp unrefined sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Saute onions, add apples last.
