Cranberry Sauce
based on My Darling Vegan
and Practical Self Reliance
  • Ingredients
  • 9 cups/2 lb. fresh/frozen cranberries
  • 4 cup sugar
  • 4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspteaspoon ground cloves
  • Bring to boil, cook for 15 minutes, until cranberries start to pop.
    Use best judgement on correct consistency; mine had to cook longer.
    Bath can pints for 15 minutes more.
    Makes 9 cups.
