Notes: I do not peel or seed my tomatoes. In fact, I used whole cherry tomatoes. There are varying opinions as to whether or not you sould safely do this, but I have not yet had a problem It is a fact that more bacteria lives on the peel. I BOIL THOROUGHLY. The minimum is 10 min. I exceed that. Use your own judgement. :) The caraway seed is an addition I made by accident. Makes 3-4 pints |
