1 cup all purpose UNBLEACHED flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup lime juice (could be orange or lemon. In it for the acid to puff your baking powders.)
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups orange mango juice
2 TB flaxseed meal soaked in 5 TB water for 5 minutes (your egg substitute)
1/2 CUP UNREFINED SUGAR (CAN USE MORE OR LESS, or agave, honey, etc. depending on your taste.)
1/3 CUP olive OIL + 2 tsp olive oil for greasing pan
1/2 cup raisins
12-18 pcs crystalized ginger as garnish, approx.
1 1/2 teaspoons each: cinnamon and ginger
1/2 teaspoon anise or fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon each: nutmeg, clove, black pepper
