Aquafaba Ice Cream

  • Liquid from 2 cans chick peas, from making hummus or pimento cheese, equal to one pint
  • 1/2 cup unrefined sugar
  • 2 TB vanilla

    Whip the chickpea liquid until foamy, then whisk in sugar and vanilla.
    Freeze for at least 6 hours.

  • Mine separated, but was still very easily scooped.
    More water was on the bottom, so it was more
    frosty on the bottom, creamy on the top. :)
