Whipped Cocount Cream
  • 1 can full fat coconut cream, chilled overnight
  • 2 TB maple syrup
  • 1 TB vanilla extract

    Scoop out the solid cream from the chilled can,
    and whip with maple syrup & vanilla.
    Makes ABOUT 1.5 cups
