Chocolate Hummus Roll Cookie

A variation, using Chocolate hummus with the dough recipe from cuccidati,
adding 1 tablespoon cocoa or carob powder to the dough.


Prepare chocolate hummus as per recipe.

I cooked my beans from dry bag, so the rest of the
ingredients were prepared while the beans cooked..


Roll out dough and spread approx. 2/3-3/4 cup chocolate hummus over it.

Roll up and refrigerate, to make easier to slice.


A pint of hummus left over!
Make no-bake cookies, or eat it with a spoon!

Makes 14-15 slices


Bake at 350, about 10 minutes, to slighly firm.
