Vanilla Hummus

  • 1 can organic canellini beans, drained & rinsed (any light bean will do)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unrefined sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure vanilla extract, or less, to taste
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
