20 oz (average 3) potatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ea mustard seed powder, cumin seed powder, hing
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
Steam potatoes, and rough-mash. I like to leave peel on.
Heat oil, toast spices, brown onions.
Stir frozen peas into onions, and mix.
Pour over potatoes and mix.
Makes about 4 cups.
