Pico de Gallo

  • 40 oz tomatoes, chopped (I used grape.)
  • 2 medium sweet onions, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1.5 tsp salt

    Makes 8 cups

    Made with beeswax, which I bought before going completely vegan.
    There are instructions online to make your own,
    I intend to try with soy wax,
    Still beats disposable plastic. :)
