2 tablespoons olive oil
1 10-oz can green jackfruit in brine
1 small red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp smoked sea salt
1/2 tsp chia seeds, mixed with 1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vegan worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon unrefined sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
Saute first five ingredients 10-12 minutes,
add remaining five and cook until thickened.
