  • Unfiltered, numerous uses from ingredient to health drink.
  • Arrowroot powder (Bob's Redmill)
  • A thickening agent, AND a bath powder!
  • Black Strap Molasses(Plantation)
  • Note: There have recently been health concerns posted about blackstrap molasses in general.
    I've used for years, and contiune to use 2 tablespoons when I make bread rolls.

  • Chickpea Flour (Bob's Redmill)
  • Used in making "Un-meat" and in Indian cooking.
  • Flaxseed Meal (Bob's Redmill)
  • Used to make egg substitute in baking, and as a bread topper.
  • Italian Seasoning (Bragg)
  • Numerous uses, to me is more of an Italian herb blend.
  • Liquid Aminos (Bragg)
  • Compare to soy sauce, very salty,frequently used in un-meat dishes and stir-fry.
  • Liquid Smoke
  • Often used in flavoring Un-Meat & beans.
  • Maple Syrup [organic]
  • Often used in Un-meat flavoring, and baking. Amazing in peanut butter no bake cookies!
  • Marmite (or vegemite)
  • Used as a meaty flavoring. Marmite is preferable, but vegemite is very similar.
  • Nutritional Yeast (Bragg)
  • "Cheesy" Powder. Used as a condiment, flavoring agent in cheeses, sauces.
  • Powdered Soy Milk
  • Used in spice blends, like Vegan Ranch.
  • Tapioca Flour (Bob's Redmill)
  • Used in making vegan cheese stretchy when melted.
  • Unrefined Sugar(Zulka)
  • Regular sugar is not vegan! Who knew?
  • Vegan Butter (Earth Balance)
  • When an oil just won't work.
  • Vital Wheat Gluten (Bob's Redmill)
  • Used in making "Un-meat." High in protein.
