Simple Oven-Roasted Polenta
from Fine Cooking


1 cup cornmeal,
3 cups water, broth, or vegan milk
prepared 9 x 9 inch dish,
with vegan butter or garlic spread.
Bake at 350 for 60-75
minutes, or desired dryness.

I like to cook mine a bit longer than the copied recipe, and it is extremely easy to vary.
